Indy is my city! Charity Church is my passion! My boys are my joy! My dreams are my fuel! Jesus is my reason! I’m inspired by excellence. I love creating: Disciples, Meals, Ambiance, Moods, Moments, & Memories. I’m crazy for Christmas, Coffee, and all things classy! I’m living my dream as the Lead Pastor of the greatest people I know! I love people!
I am life long Hoosier. I don’t ever remember NOT singing (my family wishes that they could). There is nothing I would rather do than to spend time with my Husband ( A farmer from New York… turned Chemist) and our two, now teenage, children. I attended Anderson University where I studied Music and I’ve been so fulfilled by leading worship at Charity for over 20 years (I started young). I also now find growth and challenge in the Executive Pastor role - of which my favorite part is mentoring our incredible staff.
Favorite scripture: Create in me a Clean heart, and renew a right spirit within me

Originally from NC, I moved to Indy in 2017 with my beautiful wife, Lucero and our three children: Daniela (18), Abigail (6), and Josiah (4). I love spending time with family and friends, meeting new people, Utah Jazz and UNC basketball, and eating good food. My favorite pastime is reading a good biography, preferably at a local Starbucks. The most fulfilling part of being a discipleship pastor is seeing people connect with God’s Family, grow in their relationship with God, and find their place in God’s Master Plan.

Ohio born and raised. Browns, Indians and Cavs games sum up my childhood as a life long Cleveland Sports fan. In 2013 I accepted the Pastor of Student Ministries job at Charity Church after nearly 4 years of ministry in Kentucky. It was a complete God move in my life. I am married to my best friend Monica and we are blessed with our beautiful daughter Adalynn. I love disc golf, laying around in the hammock and spending time with my family and friends. My true passion is this generation and the belief that they are limitless in what they can accomplish through Christ.
I am a big kid at heart! My favorite food is Kraft Macaroni & Cheese and I love Disney movies! I grew up with a love for kids from playing pretend school to babysitting. Once in college at Taylor University I developed a love for Children’s Ministry and at Charity Church every day I get to do my “dream job!” At home, I enjoy hanging out with my husband, who is my high school sweetheart, and our three beautiful children. In my free time you will find me playing a board game, binge watching my favorite TV shows, or taking a nap!

I was born and raised in Indy. I met my husband at Charity Church when I was 15. I attended IUPUI, married, and raised my two children at Charity. I love numbers, (hence my job in finance) children, cooking, HGTV, and chocolate, not necessarily in that order. My husband & I purchased an old farm and we are currently renovating but enjoy having big family dinners in the middle of construction! Psalm 91 is my go-to scripture for all of life's adventures!
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / ASSISTANT TO LEAD PASTOR
Crazy about Jesus! Love my husband and three children. Coffee addict. My music is always on and I'm dancing when you are not looking. Grace moocher. Love to inspire, encourage and create! Been a member of Charity since 1999. Came on as staff in October 2014, as a temp, and I now have a name plate. I would watch The Office every day if I could, and I enjoy being the "Assistant to the Regional Manager".
Favorite scripture: Ephesians 2:89 / For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God... not by works, so that no one can boast.
I am considered the Charity Church “HISTORIAN”; notice I didn’t say Historic Person. I say this because I was raised in this wonderful church. My parents, Louis and Hazel Gibson founded Charity in 1952, and I was blessed to Pastor here for over 37 years. Loving God’s CALL in my life, and now getting to hang around and simply do anything I can to keep reaching “The Mark” and fulfilling our purpose in Indianapolis is an honor that I love.
I enjoy riding my Motorcycle, fishing, having fun with my grandkids, and enjoying life. I decided years ago to Live Till I Die, and Finish Strong. By HIS Grace, I will.
